3. Payments & Billing
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cash
After agreement, 40%–50% advance payment is required to start the project
The remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
No refund will be provided for completed work or services already delivered
5. Project Terms
Project timelines depend on scope, revisions, and client response time
We offer revisions as needed to meet client expectations
Delays in client response may result in project delays
6. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific results, such as:

Ad performance or ROI
Results depend on multiple factors beyond our control
7. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools and platforms such as:
Google
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Hosting providers
Plugins and software tools
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.
8. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:

9. Intellectual Property
Ownership of work depends on the project agreement
In most cases, final deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment
We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise
10. Cancellation & Termination
Clients may cancel a project at any time
In such cases:
Advance payment is non-refundable once work has started
Work completed up to that point will be considered chargeable
We aim to continue services professionally and do not terminate projects without valid reason
